If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged a 80% no-show fee. 48-Hour Cancellation Fee: If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a 80% cancellation fee in addition to losing your deposit. Deposit Forfeiture: All cancellations will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. Rescheduling Policy: Deposits can be transferred to a new appointment ONLY if rescheduled within 7 days of the original booking. Late cancellations do not qualify for rescheduling. Late Arrival Cancellations: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited.
